1 check wireless button if its turn on (Blue)
2 check wireless option if it is on in HP wireless assistance (ON)
3 check the ip address if it is 169.254.x.x do power cycle.
4 Then try connecting if connected check ip .If other then 169.x.x.x.
5 Able to go online restart and confirm, working!! issue resloved close the case .
6 Valid IP unable to go online check default gate way it should be x.x.x.1 .
7 check if we can ping default gate way able to ping then the router is in synch ,no browse.
8 check IE settings and firewall in notebook
4-9 If the ip is still 169.254.x.x uninstall and reinstall wireless card drivers .
10 Still no go try with command ( netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt ) in command promt and restart notebook .If its working issue resloved close the case Thank You
